How do I get started with an order?
If you are unsure of what you are looking for, fill out our Project Help Quote Form. From there, we will review your answers and reach out to guide you in the right direction. If you already have an idea of what you want, fill out our Request a Quote Form. From there, we will review your answers and reach out to get your order started!
Do you offer design help or artwork setup?
Yes! We can adjust, format, and setup your artwork for print. If you don't have a design yet, our team can also assist with design services.
What do you need from me to start my order?
To get started, we typically need your artwork or logo (if you have one), the size or dimensions, quantity, and any deadline you’re working toward. If you’re not sure about all the details yet, our team can help guide you through the options.
What file format do you accept for artwork?
We accept most common file formats including PDF, AI, EPS, PSD. and high resolution JPG or PNG files. If you are unsure whether your file will work, feel free to send it to us and we'll take a look.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured locally in Jamestown, North Dakota. Our office building works as a state of the art printing facility where each order is produced.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
