Refund policy

Because our products are custom-made to order, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and approved for production.

Exceptions

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and make it right with a replacement or reprint when applicable.

Please Note

  • We are not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, or design that were approved by the customer.

  • Color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.
